“We started using Hutchinson Pool Repair several years ago because they were certified to replace one brand of pool part that we needed. We keep using them because they have been good to work with and are reliable about estimated costs and timeline for service. Most recently, they were investigating a leak and had to call in an outside leak detection service. When the outside service didn't initially locate the leak either, Hutchinson pursued it from their end until the leak was found and repaired. Pool repairs are no fun but it's nice to be able to trust the people you call to fix it.”

So I shouldn't have been surprised when Doug also an owner came out many times working with us and his wonderful and fast crew to insure our experience was great. Doug was always only a phone call away even on the weekends, even during Harvey when I was stressed out about my new pool over flowing. He calmed me. “I had my pool built 10 years ago and my pool contractor closed his business during the middle of construction. I was able to get the pool finished, but then needed a company to maintain the pool. I found a truck from Hutchison Pool in our neighborhood, and after asking them to an initial repair, I've been using them for the past 8 - 10 years. Every time I call them, they send someone out quickly and then they give me a knowledgeable estimate on repairs. Sometimes it is a quick repair that they can fix in 10 minutes and they don't do unnecessary work. Other times, they've done warranty work and I've paid nothing. And a few times they've done some major repairs but they installed great equipment that has never failed. I don't leave many reviews, but this is one of my favorite businesses to work with.”

“I own a rental property in Houston. Being located out of town it is often difficult to find contractors that do an excellent job, on time and on the budget they quoted. Being at the end of this project I had to report how well they did. I came down to inspect the job after it was completed and was totally blown away at how nice it was done. “I would like to start off by saying that I am THRILLED to find a Family Owned and operated company that takes care of their customers. I recently had an emergency where my filter tank had a crack and I was losing water RAPIDLY! I called and spoke with Doug (who I later found out was one of the owner’s) who walked me through what I needed to do to make it stop. They scheduled someone to come out the very next day and got my equipment fixed. I was surprised that I was able to be taken care of so quickly and they didn’t even charge an emergency fee.
